Thank you so much for choosing to shop with us. Every piece is selected and prepared with care, and we truly appreciate your support. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email once your order ships.


Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped via customer selection at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

  • Please double check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.

  • Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly.


Returns & Refunds

At this time, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Because many of our pieces are limited or small-batch, we are unable to restock items once purchased.


Store Credit (Case-by-Case)

While we prefer not to offer returns, we understand that special situations can arise.

Store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags remain attached

Please note:

  • Requests sent after 24 hours cannot be reviewed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Approval is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review and respond as quickly as possible.

We encourage you to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
