Shipping policy
To prevent any delays for shipping, provide your exact address used for delivery. If the wrong delivery address is provided, please email us at: admin@roselinescloset.com immediately or within 1 hour with the change of address and order number received. Once shipped, after the notification window of 1 hour, we are no longer responsible for delivery to the wrong address.
After your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays / fees for: stolen /missing items, unclaimed packages, wrong delivery addresses ( utilize 1 hour window mentioned above to prevent). Any inquiries regarding the above mentioned, kindly reach out the delivery provider United States Postal Service (USPS).
